No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Trato de no ir sólo para no tener que lidiar con sus empleados. Por la prisa de atender a más clientes no hacen bien los movimientos y comprometen la línea. No son claros y parece que todo el tiempo unos están capacitando a otros. Hablan de cosas personales (con groserías) enfrente de los clientes lo cual es pésimo y de mal gusto. Eso sí, te quieren vender cuando aún no dominan cosas básicas de su trabajo, desde cómo cobrar, trato al cliente y movimientos técnicos sobre la plataforma. Pésimos todos, y el "gerente" con una facha como si estuviera en su casa e ignorando a los clientes. They renewed this place and their staff is appalling, inexperienced and unprofessional. Cosa que es mentira, ya que fui a la sucursal AT&T de Galerias Atizapán y ahi si me renovaron mi plan además de darme una promoción del doble de megas. Jamás volveré a ir a At&t Gran Terraza.
