El servicio ni siquiera llega a pésimo, simplemente es nulo. No hay nadie que te reciba para darte indicaciones, sólo hay una lista de espera que si nadie te dice que existe ni la notas, puede pasar media hora para que alguien se te acerque a preguntarte en que te puede ayudar y no porque no haya personal, ya que hay siete módulos y sobran personas para atenderlos, el detalle es que si no se la pasan entrando y saliendo de su oficina/almacén están en otros módulos haciendo no se que, el domingo que fui había cinco "ejecutivos" en un módulo para atender a un solo cliente. Pueden pasar entre una y dos horas para que seas atendido y el tiempo invertido no es garantía de que te resuelvan tus dudas y/o problemas. Al final es muy probable que te digan que marques a atención a clientes por teléfono o te comuniques al chat de atención a clientes el cual tampoco es capaz de resolver casi nada. Ya ni hablo acerca del calor que se siente ya que no tienen aire acondicionado, ni siquiera un ventilador. Y no sólo esta tienda, al menos en todas las del norte del Estado de México a las que he ido es el mismo caso, tal vez la de Mundo E se salva un poco. Al final decidí volver después de muchos años a telcel, aunque pago un poco más la atención y el servicio a clientes son mejores. Gracias at&t.

There is no one to receive you to give you directions, there is only a waiting list that if nobody tells you that it exists or you notice it, it may take half an hour for someone to approach you to ask you how they can help you and not because there are no staff Since there are seven modules and there are plenty of people to attend to them, the detail is that if they do not spend it entering and leaving their office / warehouse they are in other modules doing not know that, on the Sunday I went there were five "executives" in a module to serve a single customer. It may take between one and two hours for you to be treated and the time invested is not a guarantee that your doubts and / or problems will be resolved. In the end, it is very likely that they will tell you to dial customer service by phone or contact the customer service chat, which is not able to solve almost anything either. I don't even talk about how hot it feels since they don't have air conditioning, not even a fan. And not only this store, at least in all those in the north of the State of Mexico that I have been to is the same case, perhaps the one in Mundo E is saved a bit. In the end I decided to return to telcel after many years, although I pay a little more for the attention and the customer service are better. Thanks at & t.

Llevo 10 min en espera y a un no me dan la atención , pregunté si me anotaba en la lista de espera y me dijo un ejecutivo secamente que si, siendo que hay como 4 personas internas libres de actividades no me brindan a un el servicio. Que mala atención espero lo mejoren pronto.
