Una empresa más que cumple con los liniamientos de salud que exige el Covid, por parte de la empresa y la Plaza Comercial cuentan con despachadores de gel antibacterial y tapetes sanitizantes en todos los accesos. Entrando en materia, las instalaciones de la Teléfonica son muy modernas, los vendedores además de tener toda la información de los requisitos y planes cuentan con los dispositivos para que si adquieres un equipo o plan con ellos lo puedas disfrutar de inmediato. Las computadoras de los vendedores tienen acceso a wifi y por ende te pueden mostrar los equipos con una sencilla búsqueda en Google y de ese modo puedas comparar las especificaciones entre un móvil y otro. Los precios de los equipos en plan son muy accesibles así como la renta mensual en sí. El mito de la mala señal, para mí hasta ahora ha sido solo eso...un mito, tienen mejor cobertura que sus competidores, creo que está al nivel de Telcel en cuanto a velocidad no así en costo, Telcel a mi parecer es mucho más caro...creo que ya me estoy desviando del tema....
