★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location gets a star for the building, but the employees have not the least intention or ability to help. I have been trying to cancel my contract for a year. At first, they told me that the contract was cancelled automatically when the number was ported to Telcel. This is the line they maintained for a while: "your name is not in the system." Then they opened a new line in my name and kept charing me. Every time I request a cancellation, they assure me it was the last bill that I received and that the line has been already cancelled. Yet when I tried to renew my tablet plan, they would refuse to do so saying I have outstanding debt. I realise it may not be the fault of the people who work there. I rate my experience at the branch, not the employees.
