G	George Omasan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de servicio al cliente, fui a reposición de chip y la única forma que me lo dieran era cambiándolo a plan, según uno de los vendedores y teniendo mi reporte vía telefónica me comentan que solo es para vender planes que regrese y pida mi reposición, al hacerlo con una vendedora todo iba bien hasta que se le acerca la persona con la que había pasado antes y ya que tenía el chip y todo me dice sabe que siempre no puedo reponerle su chip no contamos por el momento con ese tipo aquí en la tienda está descontinuado. Me atendió el gerente porque escucho como le reclamé a su vendedora la mala atención que tenían, el gerente hizo su trabajo y me dio mi chip en unos 10 minutos siendo que llevaba más de 25 minutos con sus vendedores. Me dan largas, cancelan mis folios solo por preguntar su estatus, pésimo servicio quede muy decepcionada.
