Fui 3 veces y siempre te contestan de una manera bien déspota, pude hacer el trámite que quería desde la página de At&T. Terrible service, you get many obstacles for a simple procedure. Capaciten bien a sus empleados para que hagan bien su trabajo y no nos hagan perder el tiempo!! Y aguas si contratan un plan porque no aplican sus promos y si quieres cancelarlo lo hacen imposible ? v	victoria jarillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo recuperar mi número de celular por qué se me perdió el INE aunque tenga una copia de este, deberían ser más enpaticos, ahora en el INE las citas te las dan hasta mes y medio despues I can't get my cell phone number back because I lost the INE even though I have a copy of it, they should be more enpatico, now at the INE they give you appointments until a month and a half later

Cambio el sistema ahora son más atentos lo único malo que es un centro de atención muy pequeño y casi no tienen personal pero se nota el cambio para bien. E	Edgαя “Eddγ” Αbαd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio, fui a que me atendieran por un problema de chip qué se me había dañado, me dijeron que no podían solucionar mi problema ahí qué llamara atención a clientes por línea, pensé que era una broma pero no, los números que me proporcionan están fuera de servicio, una pena qué una compañia como AT&T, la música de fondo tenia exceso de volumen, aparte de la seguridad no es de buen porte nada tiene que estar sentado en las sillas de los ejecutivos y por otra mal aseado, sin presentación. Ya no es el lugar que solía ser años atrás una pena de verdad, has caído de mi gracia, AT&T... Lugar limpio y respetuoso de las medidas de salud vigente. It seems incredible to me that a chip causes so many problems, goes through 6 service centers and in this one they tell you that they do not have a technician or that they require a series of documents to be able to solve it. Clean place and respectful of current health measures.
