The attention is excellent, and they explain everything in detail, I went to ask for a plan and left with a new phone, without much paperwork to obtain a plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención al cliente de AT&T del país. Los ejecutivos sólo te tratan bien cuando vas a contratar servicio, si se trata de solucionar problemas con equipo o línea te tratan de manera déspota y grosera. No te dan solución y si no insistes te dejan en el limbo con tu problema.
The worst AT&T customer service in the country. Executives only treat you well when you go to hire service, if it is to solve problems with equipment or line they treat you in a despotic and rude way. They do not give you a solution and if you do not insist they leave you in limbo with your problem.

The attention is very bad. Waiting time for information only is greater than 15 minutes. And to be cared for more. Schedule your time if you come to perform a procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People who work here are clueless. I showed up because my AT&T data plan just stopped working all of a sudden and I thought I need to recharge. They said I can't recharge right away. I need to wait a day (which makes absolutely zero sense) then I asked her then what do I do today? I don't have data, she spent 30 minutes looking through my phone, shaking her head, taking my chip off my phone and putting it in her phone lol. nothing. nada. zip. Then she asked her coworker for help. This coworker had a silly smile on his face the whole time and he said he can't help because he was eating. there was no one else in the store. They had one job, to get data back on my phone, and they couldn't figure it out. I don't know why they work there. GO TO TELCELL. ATT in Mexico is miserable.
