I received prompt and personalized attention. I did not wait at all to do the procedure I was going to. Definitely the attention is good and the adequate space to receive the service even in times of pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato por parte de los empleados, utilizan demasiada prepotencia e indirectas, pretenden establecer sus opiniones como si fueran verdad. además no saben aclarar dudas en el usuario, piensan cómo si fueran los dueños del servicio que brindan.
Terrible treatment by employees, they use too much arrogance and indirectness, they try to establish their opinions as if they were true. Furthermore, they do not know how to clarify doubts in the user, they think as if they were the owners of the service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones que modificaron están muy padres pero del servicio está pésimo te anotas en una hoja con tu nombre y esperas a que los "asesores" se les pegue la gana atenderte... Algunos con sus celulares sin hacer nada... Otros platicando con los que están de promotores pero los clientes bien gracias nos esperamos hasta que ellos quieran, si les pudiera dar menos cinco estrellas sin dudarlo lo hago... Pondré algunas fotos para que vean cómo se las gastan platicando entre ellos y nada de que atiendan...
The facilities that they modified are very cool but the service is lousy, you write down on a sheet with your name and wait for the "advisers" to stick to you ... Some with their cell phones without doing anything ... Others talking with Those of us who are promoters but clients, thank you, we wait until they want, if I could give them less than five stars without hesitation, I will do so ... I will put some photos so that they can see how they spend them talking to each other and nothing they attend to. ..
