Terrible service, I just wanted to hire a plan without equipment and they did not want to assist me because if the system does not allow activating a plan if the purchase of equipment.

He ido mas de 3 veces a tratar de renovar y no pueden completar mi proceso porque hay un error de sistema del cual no saben como solucionarlo.
Terrible service.
I have gone more than 3 times to try to renew and they cannot complete my process because there is a system error that they do not know how to solve.
