★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el transcurso de la semana recibi una llamada por parte de la encargada o asesor de la tienda. Cuento con dos líneas de pos-pago (Renta). Mis líneas ya habían terminado el contrato que tenía, buscaba una opción de renovación en dicha tienda. Pero al solicitar equipos de Gama Alta, o de promoción se portaron de manera prepotente. Comentándome que los equipos que yo quería no me lo podían dar ya que en este caso no aplica para renovaciones, me aconsejaron que los pagará de contando.... Deja mucho que desear de la atención al cliente. Uno va a comprar o contratar lo que uno quiere, más no lo que le quieran vender.
 During the week I received a call from the store manager or advisor. I have two post-payment lines (Rent). My lines had already finished the contract I had, I was looking for a renewal option in that store. But when requesting high-end equipment, or promotion, they behaved in an arrogant way. Commenting that the equipment that I wanted they could not give me since in this case it does not apply for renovations, they advised me that they will pay for them on the count .... It leaves much to be desired from customer service. You will buy or hire what you want, but not what they want to sell you.
