★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a la sucursal de plaza del sol porque me dijeron que ahí me podían resolver lo de el cambio de tecnología de mi SIM y cuando llegue me dijo el chavo que mi número no estaba personalizado y la única manera de hacerlo era contratando un plan, lo cual es MENTIRA, consulte en otro centro y lo puedes hacer por teléfono GRATIS. Me molesto mucho porque me tuvo ahí y me repetía que no había otra forma de personalizarlo más que con el plan que seguramente le dan comisión. Fue el asesor de la caja 4, pésimo servicio
I went to the Plaza del Sol branch because they told me that there they could resolve the issue of changing my SIM technology and when I arrived the guy told me that my number was not personalized and the only way to do it was to contract a plan, which which is a LIE, consult another center and you can do it by phone for FREE. Good service but to be the company that it is they don't even have folders and much less a glass of water, watch out AT&T tachezote...
