★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame antes de acudir para solicitar un servicio técnico; me dicen por teléfono que no hay ningún inconveniente y que podían resolverlo; a mi llegada oh sorpresa! No podían. Solo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y tuve que buscar otra sucursal por que ni en eso pudieron apoyarme.
Call before going to request a technical service; They tell me on the phone that there is no problem and that they could solve it; upon my arrival oh surprise! They could not. They just made me waste my time and I had to look for another branch because they couldn't even support me in that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había visto un centro de servicio tan pésimo. Te paras en la entrada y nadie te atiende, todos están en su celular, con la cabeza agachada para no atender. Tienes qué caminar y ver si de milagro alguien decide voltear y ofrecer servicio de malas. Y aún así, es probable que salgas de ahí sin haber solucionado tu problema.
I have never seen such a lousy service center. You stand at the entrance and no one answers you, everyone is on their cell phone, with their heads down so as not to answer. You have to walk around and see if by a miracle someone decides to turn around and offer bad service. And still, it is likely that you will get out of there without having solved your problem.
