★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 05 de mayo acudi a las 15:30 a su sucursal solicite el servicio de cambiar de plan a prepago el chico que brinda el servicio si a eso se le puede llamar servicio, sentado dentro de la oficina me indico que me comunique al callcenter porque no me puede brindar el servicio porque se le rompio su vidrio. Como su atención siempe fue estar escribiendo en su celular le comento a su compañera que entonces a que hora me podria atender a lo que el chico ya muy molesto me comienza a gritonear muy molesto y bueno segun el dice que no quiere exponerse entando en la oficina pero cuando yo llegue a preguntar estaba dentro de la oficina platicando con su compañera y ptra persona que no era de la empresa adentro de la oficina.
Asi que no entiendo su logica, que lástima que tengan a gente que solo va por la paga de unos pesos sin saber que es brindar un servicio de calidad.
Lastima de personas que brindan un servicio tan mediocre.
