★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a renovar mi plan, la vez anterior tomo 15 minutos esta vez más de hora y media, simplemente cero capacitación, la vendedora Estefany no tiene idea de lo que está haciendo y pide ayuda a todos pero nadie la apoya.
Después de media hora pedi que me regresaran mi INE para ir a otro centro de atención pero me la negaron porque no podían detenerse a mitad de proceso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por desgracia un mal empleado termina con una buena relación que tenía con "mi" empresa, no tuve el apoyo necesario y me obligaron a pagar un excedente en datos de $500 pesos que nunca entendí, pues usé mi celular igual que siempre y en 2 años que llevo con ellos no había pasado. Estaba a punto de cambiar de plan a uno mejor, pero así ya no! Lástima la empresa no me apoyó.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pudieron atender un simple reporte de robo de equipo, cambio de celular, no supieron desvincular un servicio adicional que tiene la línea a la cual se pretendía adquirir nuevo equipo con otro plan mismo número. No se pudieron resolver AAA y volvieron a activar la línea siendo que se había suspendido en la mañana por robo.
They could not attend a simple report of theft of equipment, change of cell phone, they did not know how to unlink an additional service that has the line to which they intended to acquire new equipment with another plan with the same number. AAA could not be resolved and they reactivated the line as it had been suspended in the morning for theft.
