Deberian abrir más Cajas que de verdad estén operando la espera es demasiada casi una hr por persona
 Out of 4 open boxes only two are working
They should open more boxes that are actually operating the wait is too much almost one hr per person

En el cajero de afuera puedes realizar tu pago sin hacer fila adentro.
Nunca nos dijeron eso e hicimos una gran fila de okis.
Terrible service, a lot to improve.
At the ATM outside you can make your payment without queuing inside.
They never told us that and we made a big line of okis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención mala los empleados platicando o en la computadora no había clientela 2 horas para atenderte la compañía de mal a peor y el empleado pasó a otras personas que tenían cita, ahora resulta que atienden con cita de nada sirve quer den una ficha a la entrada.
Bad attention the employees talking or on the computer there were no customers for 2 hours to help the company from bad to worse and the employee went to other people who had an appointment, now it turns out that they attend by appointment of no use wanting to give a token at the entrance
