★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO, nunca me dijeron que al cambiar de compaña me iban a dejar sin línea, fui por mi chip y sólo me dijeron que no tienen, marco para preguntar si ya les llegaron y no contestan la tipa que está ahí no tiene ni la menor idea de lo que es atención al cliente, ya no quiero cambiarme a su compañía tienen muy mala organización, no están demostrando ser una mejor opción sino todo lo contrario, no recomiendo cambiarte está horrible el servicio. Aún sigo sin línea y si tengo una emergencia para usar el teléfono no les importa. Dan ascooooo, mi calificación es menos 1000 estrellas
 LOVELY, they never told me that when they changed the company they were going to leave me without a line, I went for my chip and they only told me that they do not have a framework to ask if they have already arrived and they do not answer the girl who is there, she has no idea of what is customer service, I no longer want to change to your company they have very bad organization, they are not proving to be a better option but quite the contrary, I do not recommend changing your service is horrible. I'm still without a line and if I have an emergency to use the phone they don't care. Dan ascooooo, my rating is less than 1000 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad hay mucha atención por parte de los ejecutivos te apoyan a entender muy bien tus servicios, personalmente lo recomiendo demasiado, incluso más sobre otros distribuidores me apoyaron a recuperar mi linea y sacar un dispositivo móvil bastante rápido ya que en otras empresas se tardan días o meses incluso en soltarte un financiamiento para algo. Te recomiendo venir con 20 minutitos de antelación ya que esto es rápido dentro de lo que cabe y sales la verdad muy bien recompensado. Desde mi punto de vista yo prefiero la atención sobre todo ya que me apoyaron en asesorarme mucho en mi motorola.
The truth is, there is a lot of attention from the executives, they support you to understand your services very well, I personally recommend it too much, even more about other distributors they supported me to recover my line and get a mobile device quite quickly since in other companies it takes days or even months to release you financing for something. I recommend you to come 20 minutes in advance since this is fast within what is possible and the truth is very well rewarded. From my point of view I prefer the attention above all since they supported me in advising me a lot on my motorola.
