★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, si vas. A contratar un nuevo plan te atienden muy bien, pero si llegas con el técnico o a hacer valido una garantía te atienden de la peor manera, muy prepotentes el técnico.
En mi caso solo llegue por un cambio DE SIM y me hicieron esperar más de 2 horas porque el técnico estaba "ocupado" y me atendio de la peor manera
Terrible customer service, if you go. When hiring a new plan they take care of you very well, but if you arrive with the technician or to make a guarantee valid, they take care of you in the worst way, the technician is very arrogant.
In my case I only arrived for a SIM change and they made me wait more than 2 hours because the technician was "busy" and he treated me in the worst way
