★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a esta sucursal para solicitar la reposición de un chip, por motivos de la pandemia se tiene uno que formar para ser atendido y cuando era mi turno pasaron a 2 personas más antes que a mí y la verdad mostré mi inconformidad por ello y ni así me hicieron caso.
Pensaba irme a otra sucursal pero me quedaba muy lejos y tuve que quedarme para hacer el trámite.
Con no muy buenos modos me atendieron y cuando vieron que tengo 9 líneas con ellos ya el trato fue distinto y me preguntaron si necesitaba hacer otro trámite y les dije que también iba a renovar 2 planes con equipos nuevos y me dijeron que cuáles equipos quería, pero les dije que aunque necesitaba hacer esos cambios prefería ir a otra sucursal donde si supieran atender a los clientes y me retire del lugar.
I went to this branch to request the replacement of a chip, due to the pandemic, one has to be trained to be treated and when it was my turn they passed 2 more people before me and the truth was I showed my disagreement about it and not even like that they listened to me.
I was thinking of going to another branch but it was far away and I had to stay to do the procedure.
They took care of me with not very good manners and when they saw that I have 9 lines with them, the treatment was different and they asked me if I needed to do another procedure and I told them that I was also going to renew 2 plans with new equipment and they told me which equipment I wanted, but I told them that although I needed to make those changes, I preferred to go to another branch where if they knew how to serve customers and I would leave the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención un poco lenta, y en la entrada información confusa sobre costo de SIM, trámite de 25 minutos, te ofrecen plan por tener número en AT&T te hacen esperar un poco más pero de entrega el SIM sin costo. Para ser un centro de atención es muy pequeño solo 3 asesores atendiendo, debería haber una sucursal mayor para más volumen de clientes. Planes muy caros.
Attention a bit slow, and confusing information about SIM cost at the entrance, a 25-minute procedure, they offer you a plan for having an AT&T number, they make you wait a little longer but the SIM is delivered at no cost. To be a service center, it is very small, only 3 consultants serving, there should be a larger branch for more volume of clients. Very expensive plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser un espacio reducido, atendieron mi petición de inmediato . En menos de 15 min salí con mi trámite hecho. Esta muy céntrico y hay cerca parquímetros para estacionarte.
Despite being a small space, they responded to my request immediately. In less than 15 min I left with my paperwork done. It is very central and there are parking meters nearby to park.
