★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En verdad es malísimo el servicio, no tienen cambio de un billete de $500, si no es comercio ambulante, hoy 24 de abril los empleados no usan cubrebocas, o lo traen de bufanda, que no deben ser sancionados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que ahí labora es muy despectivo con los clientes, y en particular la chica de atención a clientes, me negó rotundamente el servicio, y me trato de forma grosera y despota.
Recuerden que nunca sabemos por lo que esta pasando la persona que tenemos a un lado y más si brindamos un servicio.
De poder, acudan a otra sucursal.
The staff that works there is very contemptuous of customers, and in particular the customer service girl, flatly denied me the service, and treated me in a rude and despotic way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ineptos, te hacen esperar y ni te resuelven nada, para que el final te manden a Miguel Angel de Quevedo, pésimo servicio, si quieren resolver algún tramite es mejor que vayan a centro de atencion a clientes por que en este lugar no te resuelven nada.
They are inept, they make you wait and they don't solve anything for you, so that in the end they send you to Miguel Angel de Quevedo, lousy service, if they want to solve some procedure it is better that they go to the customer service center because in this place they don't they solve nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue mi primer proveedor de servicio, me cobraban por minutos según incluidos en mi paquete mensual, no tenía nada de datos móviles gratis, cuando fuí a liberar mi equipo me pidieron dejar mis datos y nunca me contactaron para darme el código. No sé cómo están ahora pero no los considero como un proveedor de confianza.
It was my first service provider, they charged me for minutes as included in my monthly package, I didn't have any free mobile data, when I went to unlock my device they asked me to leave my data and they never contacted me to give me the code. I don't know how they are now but I don't consider them as a reliable supplier.
