 I must comment that although they did respond to my request, their rather slow computer system and the wait put a stop to the intention of providing a customer service that is worthy of the size of the company.

Suuuuuper slow attention even though they passed me to the window quickly. They also charged me 100 pesos and gave me to sign a bill for 0 pesos. I don't think that's okay. Smells like a trade to get money from customers
