★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena. Respetuosa y precisa. Pero llevamos más de una hora esperando a que su sistema procese el cambio de plan. Cada vez que hemos asistido nos dicen lo mismo. Qué el sistema está lento. Siempre lento.
 The attention is very good. Respectful and precise. But we've spent over an hour waiting for your system to process the plan change. Every time we have attended they tell us the same thing. That the system is slow. Always slow.

I went to get my chip that I reported stolen and lost and they told me that they can't give it to me because it's not a cat. what a bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es nefasta, debes llevar exacto para pagar tu plan porque ellos nunca tienen cambio pues dicen que la empresa no les da.
Eviten pasar un mal rato pues en los tres distribuidores te hacen lo mismo y en uno es solamente pago con tarjeta.
The attention is disastrous, you must take exact to pay your plan because they never have change because they say that the company does not give them.
Avoid having a bad time because in the three distributors they do the same to you and in one it is only card payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el día de hoy y no me quisieron apoyar a hacer una portabilidad, únicamente me la podrían hacer en caso de que quisiera contratar un plan de prepago el cual no me interesa, es un trámite muy rápido y que inclusive en la calle te lo ofrecen, deberían de capacitar a sus empleados para que no cometan estas malas prácticas.
Esto me ocurrió en la que está en planta baja y en la que está en primer piso..
I went today and they didn't want to support me to do a portability, they could only do it for me if I wanted to hire a prepaid plan which I'm not interested in, it's a very fast process and they even offer it to you on the street , they should train their employees so that they do not commit these bad practices.
This happened to me in the one on the ground floor and the one on the first floor.
