R	Ramon Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia en esta tienda ha sido de lo peor, desde el martes 4 de febrero realice la renovación de mi plan, todo iba bien, me cambiaron el chip (no se porque) nunca me comentaron nada Después de 20 minutos me dijeron que mi numero no se activo correctamente en el chip, que esperara 24 horas y solo se activaría..Pasaron 2 días y aun no tenia servicio por lo cual me comunique con ellos, me dijeron que era un caso extraordinario que levantaron un reporte para que validaran y que tenia que esperar 72 hora. Después que me mencionaron eso, llame al 01800 de AT&T y les explique toda la situación y me dijeron que el proceso que hicieron en la tienda estaba mal, les comente al personal de la tienda y me dijeron que ellos no se habían equivocado. El viernes 7 de febrero acudí porque ya habían pasado las 72 horas y me dijeron que el chip en el que se había activado mi numero no era correcto, que YO TENIA QUE IR A UNA PLAZA A QUE ME LO ENTREGARA, que ellos no podían ir, me dijeron que el sábado quedaba mi linea y nada, me dijeron que el lunes y nada, ahora ya no me contestan, es martes 11 de febrero y yo continuo sin linea (el problema no se ha solucionado) No recomiendo esta sucursal para ningún tipo de tramite, el peor servicio que he recibido y no pueden solucionar mi problema. On Friday, February 7, I went because 72 hours had passed and they told me that the chip on which my number had been activated was not correct, that I HAD TO GO TO A PLAZA TO BE DELIVERED, that they could not go They told me that on Saturday my line was left and nothing, they told me that on Monday and nothing, now they don't answer me, it's Tuesday, February 11 and I continue without a line (the problem has not been solved) I do not recommend this branch for any type of procedure, the worst service I have received and can not solve my problem. Only you know if you go to this branch
