★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El gerente Lumiel intentó hacerme fraude con una línea. Me mintió diciendo que había generado una renovación de plan pero realmente abrió una cuenta nueva y generó un nuevo número que dejó vivo con la cuenta anterior para que el pudiera usarla sin que me diera cuenta. ( Me dí cuenta porque intentaron hacerme cargo a la tarjeta del plan que dejó vivo)
 Terrible service. The manager Lumiel tried to cheat me with a line. He lied to me saying that he had generated a plan renewal but actually he opened a new account and generated a new number that he left alive with the old account so that he could use it without me noticing. (I found out because they tried to charge me to the card of the plan that I left alive)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este centro de atención se encuentra a nivel de la pista de hielo, la atención del personal de servicio técnico es de calificación 7.5 por que no te explica bien la situación de tu equipo. Además de que en la hoja de diagnóstico del equipo que llevas pone especificaciones del teléfono que no tiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to resolve an error made by AT&T for 1.5 month. I haven't had phone service since May 24, 2018. I was trying to resolve this since around May 10. I have over 8 hours in phone calls and 4 visits to customer service at a store. I am now dealing with PROFECO.
