Cuando pedí hablar con el gerente. Salió la subgerente (la señora de pelo Güero) que muy (déspota) comento que no estaba pero que si quería mi chips que me siguiera esperando que por qué solo tenían solo 3 de su personal que sabe hacer eso ......
Los demás que.... No les dan capacitación ????

Llame al servicio al cliente y como en tres ocasiones me colgaron, super lento debes repetir información una y otra vez y de nada sirve si te cuelgan. Lo intente por WhatsApp y tampoco sirvió si no que hasta el lunes Entre sábado y domingo pudieron hacer mal uso de la línea.
Cuando por fin logre reportarlo y todo fui a este centro.
Me hicieron esperar como diez minutos cuando adentro había trabajadores sin hacer nada y platicando, cuando por fin entre la chica parecía nueva o de plano no conocía un teclado tanto que le tuvieron que ayudar y quién le ayudo no supo que hacer y fue a buscar ayuda y todo para que no me resolvieran nada honestamente no vuelvo a contratar una línea Unefon ni at&t pésimo servicio
My phone was stolen ? and I tried to make the report.
