A pesar de que son distribuidor y no tienen las herramientas para ayudarte como un centro de atención a clientes, son muy atentos, desde el momento que entras hasta cuando sales. Sólo le doy 5 estrellas porque no se puede más. Sigan así chavos! Felicidades!
 Excellent service by all employees. Although they are a distributor and do not have the tools to help you as a customer service center, they are very attentive, from the moment you enter until you leave. I only give it 5 stars because it can not be more. Keep up, guys! Congratulations!

Llevo 15 días tratando de resolver un tema de liberación de equipo y lo único que dicen es que la queja la escalaron a otro departamento y que tengo que seguir esperando hasta que ellos quieran!!!
Pésimo servicio!!!
Terrible service and incompetent staff
I have spent 15 days trying to resolve a device release issue and the only thing they say is that the complaint was escalated to another department and that I have to continue waiting until they want it!!!
