I went today, Saturday, April 17 at 11:30 in the morning and a super friendly and attentive lady attended me, she also explained all my doubts to perfection. As long as she continues attending I will continue going to this branch and being an AT&T customer without any problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte del personal, luego cuando preguntas por las promociones dicen que son distribuidores y no tienen acceso a las mismas, es mejor dirigirte a un centro de atención directo de AT&T
Poor attention from the staff, then when you ask about promotions they say that they are distributors and do not have access to them, it is better to go to a direct AT&T service center

(Sobre todo siendo un lugar tan pequeño).
Un punto a resaltar es la atención por parte de la vendedora Elisabeth Vargas muy atenta, amable y movida. Compensa un poco los tiempos tan prolongados del lugar para ser atendido.

They made me turn around twice, when they knew that Noé was tying up the person who could help me, they gave me another chip with another number that is not even mine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacer mi cambio de portabilidad el cual no tenía conocimiento QUE NO SE COBRA y me dijeron que eran 200 pesos del cambio, se hizo todo el trámite, los pague y salí, después me voy enterando a la media hora QUE NO TE COBRAB POR REALIZAR LA PORTABILIDAD!!! Es totalmente gratis, pues el señor se tomó la libertad de ponerme una recarga de 200, creo que no deberían de tomarse esas libertades si ya saben que no se cobra ¿para que cobrar? PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!
I went to make my portability change which I did not know THAT YOU DO NOT CHARGE and they told me that it was 200 pesos of the change, all the paperwork was done, I paid them and I left, later I find out after half an hour THAT I DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR REALIZE PORTABILITY!!! It is totally free, because the gentleman took the liberty of giving me a 200 recharge, I think they should not take those liberties if they already know that there is no charge, why charge? TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
