★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo Bueno: solo existe una vendedora que a mí parecer sabe hacer muy bien su trabajo.
Lo malo: todos los chavos que ahí trabajan brindan un pésimo servicio, no saben asesorarte y siempre están jugando entre ellos (o almenos las veces que he entrado).
Lo mejorable: si quieren vender, que aprendan a hacerlo.
 The Good: There is only one saleswoman who seems to know how to do her job very well.
The bad: all the kids who work there provide a terrible service, they don't know how to advise you and they are always playing with each other (or at least as many times as I have entered).
The best: if you want to sell, learn to do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, la atención te la brindan inmediatamente al entrar y en cuanto al tiempo de espera es relativamente corto ya que por lo general siempre hay personal en cada uno de sus módulos. Cuentan con un cajero automático aunque lo malo es que no hay acceso a este una vez que cierra la sucursal, por lo que sería bueno que en algún momento pudieran poner una entrada para tener acceso al cajero las 24 horas del día y evitar recargos a los usuarios por falta de pago.
Good service, the attention they give you immediately upon entering and in terms of waiting time it is relatively short since there are usually always personnel in each of its modules. They have an ATM although the bad thing is that there is no access to it once the branch is closed, so it would be good if at some time they could put an entrance to have access to the ATM 24 hours a day and avoid surcharges to users for non-payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uriel Ramírez vendedor en la atención es buena y se entiende por qué su trabajo es vender pero tienen malas prácticas en cuestión de venta ya que los que trabajan ahí no te brindan la información detallada y siempre te quieren vender los planes más caros y no te explican bien que por el mismo equipo puedes tener un plan más básico eso es actuar de mala fé. Recomiendo ir mejor al centro de at&t de plaza valle ahí si te ofrecen bien los planes y te asesoran con la verdad y acordé a lo que tú quieres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me querían dar factura por qué según mi RFC no pasaba, ya que cancelé todo me dicen si pasa algo raro pasa con ellos. O solo que sea la empresa que los obliga a esas prácticas.
They did not want to give me an invoice because according to my RFC it did not happen, since I canceled everything, they tell me if something strange happens with them. Or just that it is the company that forces them to these practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio y cobertura en orizaba es excelente, sin embargo la atención al cliente de los encargados deja mucho que desear. Para liberar un equipo a veces tarde hasta 2 semanas. Y a pesar de ser varias personas atendiendo usualmente el servicio a veces es algo lento.
The service and coverage in orizaba is excellent, however the customer service of the managers leaves much to be desired. To release a team sometimes takes up to 2 weeks. And despite being several people usually attending the service is sometimes somewhat slow.
