El inconveniente con este centro de atención es el tiempo prolongado de espera (hasta dos horas). Si vas a hacer algún trámite, ten en cuenta que mínimo estarás allí hora y media como mínimo o hasta medio día. Location: Palmas Plaza Puebla. Staff attention is good. The attention of Lic. Dalila is excellent. The downside with this care center is the long wait time (up to two hours). If you are going to do any procedure, keep in mind that you will be there at least an hour and a half or up to noon.
