★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días acudí y la verdad han sido de las mejores experiencias respecto a atención al cliente, la persona que me atendio supo lo que necesitaba....
Sin embargo en esos momentos a mi lado estaba un señor prepotente y sangron que llego exigiendo algo (la verdad no le puse mucha atención) a lo que el ejectivo le contesto de buena manera que la tienda es Distribuidora y tiene pocos accesos al sistema y lo canalizaría a alguna tienda en especial de centro de atención a lo que el señor le insulto de manera grosera.
Viendo los comentarios estoy seguro que han sido personas iguales llegando a exigir cuando las personas que atienden intentan ayudarles y quieren que se haga a su modo, esto lo digo porque estuve como 4 horas en la tienda y me toco ver varios de estos personajes.
A few days ago I went and the truth has been one of the best experiences regarding customer service, the person who attended me knew what I needed....
However, at that time there was an arrogant man by my side who bled and came demanding something (I didn't really pay much attention to it) to which the executive replied in a good way that the store is a Distributor and has few accesses to the system and he would channel to some special attention center store to which the man rudely insulted him.
Looking at the comments, I am sure that they have been equal people coming to demand when the people who attend try to help them and want it to be done their way, I say this because I was in the store for about 4 hours and I got to see several of these characters.
