★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente muy desepcionado del servicio que se da en este establecimiento, encontré irregularidades en mi cuenta con correo erróneo que ellos mismos modificaron, tomando en cuenta que sólo el titular puede hacerlo, la actitud del Sr Ramiro Díaz fue pésima y me dejó con ganas de cambiar mis líneas a otra compañía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad lo peor de at&t, acudí a renovar mi plan telefónico junto con el de mi esposa, pagué un año del plan y el sr José Eduardo Corona, nos canceló el número que te íbamos asignado, nos cobró le pagamos y después no pudo ni darnos de alta nuevamente y regresar nos el pago, ahora tendré que acudir a profeco.
Truth worst of AT & T, went to renew my phone plan along with my wife, I paid a year of the plan and Mr. José Eduardo Corona, we canceled the number you were assigned, charged us we paid and then could not even give us high again and return us pay, now I have to go to profeco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a solucionar la dada de baja de mi SIM y el sujeto que atendía muy prepotente no me dio la atención que necesitaba y dijo que no podía hacer nada. Mientras me quedaba parado ahí esperando una solución parecía que quería que ya me fuera. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renové el plan de mi esposa y sin contratienpos, muy amables y hasta respondieron a mis dudas. No sé porqué motivo evalúan mal si para mi sorpresa no fue así de mala su atención sino reitero, todo lo contrario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase a por un nuevo chip. Perdí mi celular y que ahí no dan ese servicio. tan grande local para solo atender a clientes que cuentan con plan. Me parece que deberían brindar loa servicios completos ya que les pagan por un horario y la atención a los clientes de la compañía sea prepago deberían atender a todos por igual. Personal desperdiciando el tiempo laboral en Sólo atender a clientes con plan.
Deberían poner a trabajar a esa gente atendiendo todos los clientes sea prepago o plan.
Go for a new chip. I lost my cell phone and they don't give that service there. so big a place to only serve customers who have a plan. It seems to me that they should provide full services since they are paid for a schedule and the attention to the company's customers is prepaid, they should serve everyone equally. Staff wasting work time only serving clients with a plan.
