Es increíble que mantengan laborando a este tipo de personas con esa actitud y en la calle a muchas personas con mejor actitud esperando una oportunidad

La chica que me atendió, Yoali, fue muy atenta y servicial. (Y con tatuajes muy cools)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, una Sr. Jaqueline Chávez Sánchez, me hizo comprar un chip, adquirir un plan carisimo, cuado yo solo necesitaba actualizar un plan. Solo para darme un chip mal. Y cuando me queje me dió otro chip y dió de baja mi número por pura maldad. Y ya no tengo número. Tengan cuidado no vallan a esta tienda porque se aprovechan y cuando uno se queja te bloquean el número además de que te roban tu dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo terminé comprando mi a50 en Telcel, un mal trato de los vendedores hasta parece que se los Iba a pedir fiado lo compre de contado me discriminaron la empleada me pregunto, con cuanto cuenta de dinero por que no tengo teléfonos de 500 ,lo primero fue ver mi reflejo en los cristales del establecimiento (tan mal me vio ) lo siento pero pues voy saliendo del trabajo y decidí comprarme un celular nuevo , ya que iba de paso y no quise regresar más tarde ,siempre use Att pero ahora soy telcel ( soy técnico de computación doy mantenimiento a equipos de cómputo de empresas y por lógico se me pega el polvo ) la próxima vez que lo dudo regresar a att prometo bañarme y ponerme un traje de diseñador para ser digno de su establecimiento 18/agosto/2019 13:30hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal no está capacitado, se equivocan y le echan la culpa al sistema, no son honestos, la solución que te dan es cancelar tu contrato, pero no te regresan tu dinero ni tu línea, tuve que marcar a servicos al cliente para levantar mi queja, después de 4 horas de espera por fin quedó resuelto el problema.
Perdida de tiempo total.
Terrible service, the staff is not trained, they are wrong and blame the system, they are not honest, the solution they give you is to cancel your contract, but they do not return your money or your line, I had to call customer services to raise my complaint, after 4 hours of waiting the problem was finally solved.
Total waste of time.
