★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hay cajas por lo que no aceptan efectivo, el cajero automático a menudo se le cae el sistema, hay mucha gente esperando ser atendidos y cuando finalmente te atienden suelen decirte: "no tenemos sistema".
La mayoría de las empleadas tienen una pesima actitud en cuanto a servicio, pareciera que le hacen a nosotros los clientes el favor de atendernos cuando es precisamente ese su trabajo. Solo quieren venderte los planes que les dan comisión por ventas, a pesar de pedir alternativas (y existen: plan con todo att v2.2 con equipo gratuito incluido por ejemplo) nunca te las ofrecerán pues no ganan comisión con esas ventas.
Si pueden ir a otro módulo de servicio al cliente, no lo duden y acudan a ese, no vengan a esta sucursal.
Terrible service, there are no boxes so they do not accept cash, the ATM often drops the system, there are many people waiting to be attended to and when they finally attend you they usually tell you: "we have no system".
Most of the employees have a very bad attitude regarding service, it seems that they do us the clients the favor of assisting us when that is precisely their job. They only want to sell you the plans that give them commission for sales, despite asking for alternatives (and there are: plan with everything att v2.2 with free equipment included for example) they will never offer them because they do not earn commission with those sales.
If you can go to another customer service module, do not hesitate and go to that one, do not come to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quieres el peor servicio ? Ve a esta sucursal… no te resuelven nada, no quieren trabajar. si quieres un buen servicio ve a sucursal plaza del sol y no pierdas tu tiempo aquí.
Do you want the worst service? Go to this branch... they don't solve anything for you, they don't want to work. If you want a good service, go to the Plaza del Sol branch and don't waste your time here.
