★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no se para que tienen el centro autorizado de atención al cliente si todo te lo manda a hacer por teléfono o por su chat. Pero cuando quieres comprar un equipo o contratar plan ahí si te tratan muy bien.
 Terrible service, I don't know why they have the authorized customer service center if they send you everything by phone or chat. But when you want to buy a team or hire a plan there, they treat you very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención además de que es un morboso le estaba tomando fotos a una señorita que estaba esperando ser atendida, cuando le reclame, comenzó a borrar todo y me dijo que si tenía pruebas, la señorita dijo que efectivamente la veía muy raro y mejor se fue.
Terrible attention in addition to being morbid I was taking photos of a young lady who was waiting to be treated, when I complained to him, he began to erase everything and told me that if he had evidence, the young lady said that she actually looked very strange and better left .

The guy was super rude. He had his headphones on and he was slow to take them off to attend us. In the end he told us that a plan could not be renewed there ??♀️
