★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son muy buenos asesores, solo te enseñan hojas impresas con los planes y no los explican a detalle, casi no tienen equipos en exhibición y el personal no sabe la propiedades del los modelos nuevos y te mandan a qué tú lo veas en internet, para eso mejor me quedo en mi casa investigando
They are not very good advisers, they only show you printed sheets with the plans and they do not explain them in detail, they hardly have equipment on display and the staff does not know the properties of the new models and they send you to see it on the internet, to That's why I better stay at home investigating

Solicite una reposición de chip por el cual no me lo podían dar por que había un folio abierto (problemas de su sistema) les dije que como iba hacer la llamada si no tenia como, a lo cual solo contestaron que podría hablar de un teléfonos público ?
Customer service is terrible, they are not accessible.
I requested a chip replacement for which they could not give it to me because there was an open folio (problems with their system) I told them how I was going to make the call if I did not have how, to which they only replied that I could talk about a public telephone ?
