★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los ejecutivos no resuelven ni dudas ni inquietudes de los clientes y usuarios. Tienen severos problemas con el sistema. Últimamente hacen cobros extras sin ninguna justificación y su aplicación falla cada dos por tres. Mi factura del mes de junio de 2018 presentó un 35% de incremento con respecto al mes anterior. En el mismo periodo mis datos fueron mermados en un 50%. No veo justo pagar más por un servicio que decae paulatinamente. Me he mudado de compañía y recomiendo que no se use el servicio de AT&T.
Terrible service. The executives do not solve doubts or concerns of customers and users. They have severe problems with the system. Lately they make extra charges without any justification and their application fails every two by three. My invoice for June 2018 showed a 35% increase compared to the previous month. In the same period, my data was reduced by 50%. I do not see it fair to pay more for a service that gradually declines. I have moved companies and I recommend that AT&T service not be used.

AWFUL SERVICE, TODAY 12-01-21 I WAS WAITING UNTIL 10:30 AM AND THEY DID NOT OPEN AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 9 AM, ONLY ONE STAR TO POST.
