Terrible service, they are not prepared. There is rarely someone nice and as a company, they take advantage of employee mistakes to steal from customers, very very disappointed. Never request a plan, or give your data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unos ineptos totales, no pueden activar me una sim en prepago después de cancelar un plan... Fui me vendieron y luego no lo asignaron tuve que regresar al día siguiente a un centro de atención a clientes.
Some totally inept, they cannot activate a prepaid sim after canceling a plan ... I was sold and then not assigned I had to return the next day to a customer service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busquen otro centro de atención a clientes… si algún trámite requiere de la autorización del gerente es probable que esté comiendo… toma más de dos horas de comida.
Find another customer service center... if any procedure requires the authorization of the manager, it is likely that you are eating... it takes more than two hours to eat.
