Un servicio a clientes estresante y frustrante en todos los aspectos. I went to Plaza Inova several times for different situations in which I needed support from the manager and/or representatives, they could never support me, they were always rude and despotic, in addition to giving wrong and contradictory information on each of my visits. A stressful and frustrating customer service in all aspects.
