(actulizacion) Van varias veces que tengo que regresar y sigo pensando que si es pésimo el servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me activaron un plan que nunca pedí, no me lo quisieron cancelar, que tenia que terminar de pagar los plazo siendo que jamas lo solicité, un problemon tuve que acudir a profeco para poder resolverlo, y pura pérdida de tiempo, pésima atencion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este lugar para recuperar mi número celular por qué me lo habían robado , cuando llegó con el ejecutivo me inventa que no habían hecho el reporte adecuadamente en el centro de atención telefónica y que podía hacerlo siempre y cuando contrara alguno de sus planes,o comprará algún equipo, o su internet inalámbrico ,solo querían sacarme dinero cuando uno solo va para recuperar su número , al final no pude recuperar mi número y mejor me cambié de compañía , solo fui a perder mi tiempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio pésimo, para reemplazar te número tardan horas, además se llevan tu ine a un cuarto donde no sabes si hagan algún tipo de robo de identidad "que el técnico lo necesita" cuidado
It's a lousy service, it takes hours to replace your number, plus they take your ine to a room where you don't know if they're doing some kind of identity theft "the technician needs it" be careful
