★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy payasos, el personal de seguridad se me cuadro como si fuera a hacer algo malo, la atención muy desordenada y sobre todo no pudieron resolver un probelma con una línea que fui a liquidar tuve que pagar de más porque eran 3 dias y no podían solucionar el problema de la liquidación par auna renovación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a clientes y para hacer un cambio de línea son unos ineptos tarda 15 días para hacer el cambio de compañía en otras compañías inmediatamente te hacen el cambio y ahí tardan tanto tiempo no es posible

Acudí a preguntar sobre un equipo telefonico, y según el chico que me atendio se cayo el sistema y ya estaban por cerrar.
Se quedo en que credito checaria si autorizaba el equipo, pero No REGRESE.
Actualmente al querer sacar un credito automotríz me dicen que mi historial crediticio es pesimo,, indagando mas resulta que no eh pagado con AT&T, voy y pregunto y me dicen que tengo una linea adicional con un equipo y con un adeudo. Yo jamas solicite ese quipo, jamas firme el contrato de la linea y jamas recibí el equipo ni firme nada.
Lo que fue que AT&T utilizó mis datos personales para tramitar un equipo adicional y una linea adicional que yo JAMAS FIRME ni contraté ni de recibí el equipo y no obstante tambien perjudicaron mi historial crediticio.
Segun recuerdo tienen un aviso de confidencialidad sobre la protección de los datos al consumidor, cosa que NO SE RESPETÁ, y si fue obra de algún trabajador interno, se supone que deben tener filtros de a quien y quienes contratan.
Terrible experience Abuse of trust against personal data.
I went to ask about a telephone equipment, and according to the guy who helped me, the system went down and they were about to close.
He stayed in what credit he would check if he authorized the equipment, but he did not RETURN.
Currently, when I want to get a car loan, they tell me that my credit history is terrible, investigating more, it turns out that I have not paid with AT&T, I go and ask and they tell me that I have an additional line with a team and with a debt. I never requested that equipment, I never signed the line contract and I never received the equipment or signed anything.
What was that AT&T used my personal data to process an additional equipment and an additional line that I NEVER SIGNED or hired or received the equipment and yet they also damaged my credit history.
As I remember they have a confidentiality notice on the protection of consumer data, which is NOT RESPECTED, and if it was the work of an internal worker, they are supposed to have filters of who and who they hire.
