Llegué a la hora de apertura para recoger un chip por cambio de compañía, una persona me recomendo el cambio y la verdad ya me arrepenti, quise ser el primero para ser atendido lo más pronto posible pero me atendió una señora que de mala gana me pidió mi credencial y de ahí ya no supe que hizo los siguientes 45 minutos, solo estuve sentado viendo cómo trabajaba haciendo sus pendientes. Si acaso me dijo ya voy por tu chip y fue todo. Jamás me dió información hasta tecleaba con una fuerza el teclado que pensé que lo iba romper. Fue frustrante. Y fue decepcionante el servicio. La señora OLGA no tiene nada de empatía ni idea de los que es dar servicio al cliente. Al final le dije que nunca supe de que se trató si tenía promoción o algo y solo dijo si de nada. Jamás se tomó la molestia de explicarme. No les recomiendo este centro de atención Worst service I never seen. BAD EXPERIENCE.
