★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a AT&T para renovar el 27 de dic., pues me pusieron un msg grabado (el 24) que indicaba que "era mi ultimo día de pago". José (ejecutivo de ahí) nos indicó y me aclaró que el plan vencía en feb. 2019. Por lo que nos recomendó llamar al centro de atención y con ello se solucionó mi tema (era un error de cobranza). Me aclaró todas y cada una de las dudas que tuve y me explicó nuevos planes. ¡De diez su atención! Recomiendo pidan el les atienda. Tiene mucha pasciencia y conocimiento.
We arrived at AT&T to renew on December 27, as they put a recorded msg (on the 24th) indicating that "it was my last payday". José (executive there) told us and clarified that the plan expired in Feb. 2019. So he recommended calling the call center and with that my issue was solved (it was a collection error). He clarified each and every one of the doubts I had and explained new plans to me. Ten your attention! I recommend asking him to attend them. He has a lot of patience and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empezaron bien y ahora tienen un pésimo servicio y atención de técnicos y asesores en Montejo su matriz y la sucursal de Macroplaza, las encargadas son groseras y déspotas, es por eso que me cambié mi Familia y yo a la competencia.
They started well and now they have a terrible service and attention from technicians and advisers in Montejo, their headquarters and the Macroplaza branch, the managers are rude and despotic, that is why my family and I moved to the competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben de actualizar sus horarios, aparece que cierran a las 9 pm, sin embargo es la segunda ocasión que vengo incluso a las 8:00 pm y se encuentra cerrado, pésimo servicio.
They must update their schedules, it appears that they close at 9 pm, however it is the second time that I come even at 8:00 pm and it is closed, terrible service.
