★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a todas las sucursales de ATT en Culiacán, y en ninguna me quisieron vender 1 iPhone 12, Que por qué solo puedo comprarlo en PLAN que solo los manejan de esa manera y no de manera prepago, Es algo súper injusto que te quieran obligar a venderte algo que no necesitas, Y lo peor es que te mienten tan descaradamente.
I went to all the ATT branches in Culiacán, and none of them wanted to sell me 1 iPhone 12, why can I only buy it in PLAN that they only handle it that way and not prepaid, It is something super unfair that they want to force you to sell you something you don't need, and the worst thing is that they lie to you so blatantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí para hacer reemplazo de mi SIM y siempre que voy no hay gerente, sale a comer y esperalo 2 horas porque ahorita no hay nadie que pueda hacer su tramite, fui otro día y lo mismo esperarlo hora y media más 45 min para el reemplazo, si van a venir espero que tengan mucho tiempo de sobra
Pésimo servicio el gerente un tal victor
I went to replace my SIM and every time I go there is no manager, he goes out to eat and waits for 2 hours because right now there is no one who can do his paperwork, I went another day and waited an hour and a half plus 45 minutes for the replacement, if they are coming i hope they have plenty of time to spare
