★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio muy deficiente. El personal es amable pero les falta más capacitación. Se tardan una eternidad en cada trámite por simple que sea. Para renovar un plan es un suplicio, el asesor tuvo muchos problemas para terminar el trámite, eso sin contar con el sistema interno que deja mucho que desear. Además su nueva política de planes para nada es atractiva

La gente tiene mucha paciencia, y saben de los smart watch, cosa que pregunte en otros establecimientos y no me daban solución para contratar el servicio LTE de los watch
