★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio es pésimo, el personal tiene una actitud nefasta si no aceptas el plan que ellos te quieren imponer te cierran el servicio con la frase "vaya a otro centro de atención" o "cambiese de compañía" ?? pedí hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que no estaba
 Their service is terrible, the staff has a disastrous attitude if you do not accept the plan that they want to impose on you, they close the service with the phrase "go to another service center" or "change company" ?? I asked to speak with the manager and they told me he wasn't there

Good service, I took a cell phone to unlock and I got the unlock code in less than 10 minutes. The guy's attention was excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creen que el consumidor es tonto. Mienten y solo te quieren enjaretar lo que se les antoja. Fui por una e-SIM y me dijeron que no me la podían dar si no contrataba un plan (mentira 1), indique que estaba bien, que lo activaran y en un mes lo cancelaba y me quedaba con mi e-SIM, me dijeron que todos sus planes son forzosos de minimo 8 meses de contrato (mentira 2). Le indique que lo que estaba diciendo era mentira y desde hace años se prohiben los planes forzosos por la ley de telecomunicaciones desde 2014. Le dije que si yo queria podia cancelarlo cuando se me antojara, y me dijo que si podia hacer lo que quiera porque si lo cancelaba me quedaba sin linea (mentira 3). Le dije que era mentira porque una cosa es cancelar el plan y otra cosa es dar de baja mi número. Le hablara a su gerente; el empleaducho fue el rincon a susurrar lo que me habia dicho para que EL GERENTE le siguiera el rollo. El punto es que el gerente debe ser su amigo y pues se tapan todo con tal de vender y pues que lastima porque mucha gente desconoce y se deja estafar por estos hijos de su rep madre. Que asco.
They believe that the consumer is stupid. They lie and they just want to screw you what they want. I went for an e-SIM and they told me that they couldn't give it to me if I didn't contract a plan (lie 1), I indicated that it was fine, that they activate it and in a month I would cancel it and keep my e-SIM, they told me that all their plans are mandatory with a minimum 8-month contract (lie 2). I told him that what he was saying was a lie and forced plans have been prohibited for years by the telecommunications law since 2014. I told him that if I wanted I could cancel it whenever I wanted, and he told me that if I could do what I want because if I canceled it I would be left without a line (lie 3). I told him it was a lie because one thing is to cancel the plan and another thing is to cancel my number. You will speak to your manager; The employee went to the corner to whisper what he had told me so that THE MANAGER would follow his lead. The point is that the manager must be their friend and well they cover up everything in order to sell and well it hurts because many people don't know and let themselves be swindled by these children of their mother rep. Gross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no abrén a las 10am tal como lo indican, abren hasta las 11am y les vale gorro tener gente esperando en la puerta.
Nadamas se escucha la risa y el cotorreo de los empleados pero nada que habren.
Y todo para que Al final de cuentas no te den solución ???
Terrible, they don't open at 10am as indicated, they open until 11am and they don't care if they have people waiting at the door.
Nothing is heard the laughter and the chatter of the employees but nothing that there will be.
And all so that in the end they don't give you a solution ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficialmente el gerente de está sucursal es la persona más inepta, más incompetente y más incapaz que conozco, no se cómo alguien tan inútil puede llegar al puesto de gerente! Por ende eso se ve reflejado en el personal, que a parte de groseros son desatentos y no sirven para arreglar ningún problema.
Officially the manager of this branch is the most inept, most incompetent and most incapable person I know, I don't know how someone so useless can reach the position of manager! Therefore, this is reflected in the staff, who, apart from being rude, are inattentive and are not good at fixing any problem.

Very well. I didn't know it was a specialized care scepter. I left with what I wanted, excellent seller treatment. Only a little reduced the premises, they should rent larger premises. Excellent rest.
