★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de portal centro es nefasto, los empleados parecen que te hacen el favor cuando vas a pagar y toda vía te dicen que no tienen cambio cuando es claro que como establecimiento deberían, aparte de que parecen que no entienden español, pésimo servicio no vallan a perder su tiempo
The Portal Service Center is disastrous, the employees seem that they do you the favor when you are going to pay and all of them tell you that they have no change when it is clear that as an establishment they should, apart from that they seem not to understand Spanish, terrible service do not go to waste your time

Pesos me costo. Tarde cerca de 20 min todo bastante bien, si van a hacer este tramite el orden correcto es darlo de baja primero ahí mismo lo hacen, después compran el chip de reposición y listo, a mi me hicieron el tramite al revés lo que ocasionó que me quedará sin linea 2 días y la comunicación a su centro de atención es muy tardado.
