★ ★ ★ ★ ★ adquirí un plan a dos años ya cumplidos me cambié de compañía quiero que me liberen mi celular que yo ya pague acudo a un atención a clientes pidiendo lo anterior y mi devolución de mis tres rentas adelantadas me atiende la señorita Berenice flores en soriana Tizayuca le pido que me ayude lo cual me dice que me espere está en WhatsApp termina y me dice que ahora sí me podía atender ( estaba más importante su plática por WhatsApp que hasta se reía) la cual me dice que no se puede ninguna de las 2 cosas que es vía telefónica o que tengo que acudir a donde lo adquirí llamo como 30 o más llamadas nadie me atiende me mandan y mandan a otras extensión vuelvo acudir a la sucursal ahora me atiende la señorita masiel la cual me dice que se podía darme una clave para la devolución del dinero le dijo para la liberación de mi celular me ayudaron los de Telcel cuando me dan el IMEI pues dice error de desbloqueo de SIM acudo nuevamente a la misma sucursal me encuentro con la señorita Berenice la cual me responde que se podía liberar ahí mismo y que ya mi celular ya no se podía hacer nada me moleste y le dije que desde un principio ella me lo hubiera liberado que estaba mejor su plática bla bla bla me atiende otro chico y su respuesta fue espere yo le llamo volví a regresar en una semana esperando respuesta estaban todas las señoritas me vieron y se empezaron a burlar todas ya va hacer un mes lo mejor es hablarle a Profeco nada recomendable sus empleados ni capacitados están para atención a cliente
