★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio lo visite alrededor de las 2 de la tarde y todos estaban con su celular , me tuvieron parada 10 mnts sin decirme nada al preguntar si pudieron resolver mi problema solo me dijeron que no tenían sistema , y el chavo con su celular nadamás pésimo servicio ?
 Terrible service, I visited him around 2 in the afternoon and everyone was with their cell phone, they stopped me for 10 minutes without saying anything when they asked if they could solve my problem, they only told me that they had no system, and the guy with his cell phone was nothing but terrible service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados no dan buena atención, su atención es carente de empatía con los clientes y no dan soluciones reales, parece que solo leen lo que les aparece en la computadora y no tienen idea de lo que hablan en muchas ocasiones, es triste que una compañía como AT & T no capacite a sus empleados y no los interese el servicio al cliente. Las instalaciones bien a secas.
Employees do not give good attention, their attention is lacking in empathy with customers and they do not give real solutions, it seems that they only read what appears to them on the computer and they have no idea what they are talking about on many occasions, it is sad that a company like AT&T don't train your employees and are not interested in customer service. The facilities well to dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descontento con el trato de los empleados, mayormente por falta de tiempo uno acude a pagar su plan en condiciones de trabajo (saliendo de laborar) y solo por como te ves no quieren atenderte o piensan que solo llegas a hacerles perder el tiempo
Very dissatisfied with the treatment of the employees, mostly due to lack of time, one goes to pay for their plan in working conditions (leaving work) and just because of how you look they do not want to assist you or they think that you only get to waste their time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a pagar un plan de un familiar, pésimo servicio, su 'sistema' lento, empleados viendo videos en horario laboral, "si el pago es en efectivo deme el dinero exacto, no tengo cambio".. Wow. 3 clientes para pagar y había fila.. Les deseo suerte a los clientes ATT... Saludos
I went to pay for a plan from a family member, terrible service, their slow 'system', employees watching videos during working hours, "if the payment is in cash, give me the exact money, I have no change" .. Wow. 3 customers to pay and there was a line .. I wish the ATT customers luck ... Greetings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los empleados, tardan en atender, ya van 2 veces que voy y nunca tienen cambio, "Ve al Aurrera o a otro lado a cambiar tu billete" la forma en que se dirige el empleado ?
Terrible service from the employees, they take time to attend, they have already gone twice and they never have change, "Go to the Aurrera or elsewhere to change your ticket" the way the employee addresses ?
