Contrate un plan y sin mi autorización me pusieron un seguro de robos, en la sucursal te dicen una cosa y por teléfono otra, no hay comunicación del personal con el corporativo, no hay seguimiento de los problemas, te levantan miles de folios por la misma razón que nadie está pendiente, no es recomendable, si el precio es accesible, pero por un pésimo servicio, hasta este momento nadie le ya podido dar solución a mi problema, esas malas mañanas se le llama robo y abuso a los clientes! Mucho cuidado!
Terrible service! I contracted a plan and without my authorization they put a theft insurance on me, at the branch they tell you one thing and by phone another, there is no communication from the staff with the corporate, there is no follow-up of the problems, they raise thousands of pages for the same reason that nobody is pending, it is not recommended, if the price is accessible, but due to a terrible service, until now nobody has been able to solve my problem, those bad mornings are called theft and abuse of customers! Great care!
