Después de más de 20 años con la misma compañía, estoy pensando en cambiarme de empresa y por supuesto me llevo a toda mi familia conmigo. Qué triste que no hagan nada para modificar sus errores, ni siquiera nos han pedido una disculpa por estar perdiendo tanto el tiempo. QUE DECEPCIÓN!
I have been waiting 4 days for a team to be delivered to me, wasting time and waiting for more than 5 hours daily. Terrible service. After more than 20 years with the same company, I am thinking of changing my company and of course I take my whole family with me. How sad that they do nothing to modify their mistakes, they have not even asked us for an apology for wasting so much time. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención por parte de la gerente en turno vespertino, su manera de hablarle a los clientes es nefasta, parece que me hacen un favor al renovar con ellos, aun siendo cliente me querían cobrar un plan de activación cosa en la que no estuve de acuerdo y la respuesta de ella fue que mejor lo revisara en línea, magnífica forma de atender a sus clientes, yo no regreso con ustedes y en este momento me cambio de compañía porque la señorita de este local mantuvo una excelente postura.
