★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RECOMIENDO LA ATENCIÓN A CLIENTE DE ET&T DE ESTA PLAZA. Falta actitud de servicio al cliente. Tres ejecutivos, no pudieron y no quisieron hacerme la liberación del equipo, no se tomaron la molestia de hablar con un asesor de México si no tenían el conocimiento de cómo hacerlo. Pensé que trataba con gente capacitada, tienen una actitud de arrogancia y de mala información.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ET&T CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS PLAZA. Customer service attitude is lacking. Three executives, could not and did not want to release me from the team, they did not bother to speak with an advisor from Mexico if they did not have the knowledge of how to do it. I thought I was dealing with trained people, they have an attitude of arrogance and misinformation.

Customer service needs to be improved. I was waiting 15 minutes, which is not long, but there were 3 executives without attending to anyone!

Un agente te atiende de manera personalizada, te explica detalladamente los planes, financiamiento de equipos y promociones que hay, y te brindan facilidades para las mismas. Muy recomendable.
